BYOS about Telling Your Parents. Over the course of our lives, our dynamics and relations with our parents go through different phases. They act as our providers, our friends, our enemies, or sometimes as people who just don’t understand you. Come share your experience about a time you shared something with your parents. It’s a judgment free zone. It could have been a time in first grade when you told them that you secretly ate a candy without telling them, or a time in high school when you confessed your romantic relationship, or a time when you were in your late twenties and told them about something which warranted an adult understanding. Feel free to interpret broadly. Your story is your own.
